People choosing a same-day outing
An event happening today is not automatically open for booking. Check the exact session, provider cutoff and your actual place or offered walk-in route before leaving.
Event attendees comparing an optional refund upgrade
Separate a personal inability to attend from an organiser cancellation, then read the upgrade’s trigger, exclusions, evidence and request timing together.
First-time climbers with a fixed departure time
A completed waiver is one step in the visit, so a short gap before another appointment may not provide the climbing time you expected.
Attendees deciding whether a ticket screenshot is usable
An ordinary e-ticket, a dynamic barcode and a mobile-account ticket can have different presentation rules.
Group organisers whose guests arrive separately
Forwarding one booking repeatedly can leave everyone holding the same admission code.
Attendees whose ticket phone fails before entry
Keep your identity and order information usable independently of the phone carrying the ticket.
Attendees checking a confirmed mobile booking
Check the booking record and provider instructions before treating a missing barcode as a failed purchase.
